Environment (Green) Audit
The detailed study of flora and fauna, prevention and control of pollution, afforestation and regeneration of degraded areas and protection of environment. Total certified emission reduction as the sink of carbon dioxide gas and total oxygen emission by the green zone.
The broad scope of study will review of present flora and fauna scenario and estimation of carbon sink potential by the trees of all types including the demarcated green zone of the university.
A detailed water audit to find the opportunity to replenish rainwater and an estimation of existing water body in the campus will be performed. A guideline on judicious usage of water as the hostel kitchens and canteen having majority of the water consumption, has been delineated. Grey water recycling also discussed in the audit.
